Is TWS an accredited school?

The Whitefield School is fully accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission and holds membership affiliations with the Association of Christian Schools International and Christian Schools International.

What is unique about The Whitefield School?

The Whitefield School focuses attention upon the individual child in a Christian educational culture. Individuals are important because we are made in the image of God. Therefore, Christian teachers must have a real relationship with each student. They look at the heart behind the student behavior and teach and model Christian ethics. All children are different and must not be treated exactly the same. Some students need a lot of encouragement and some need structure. All students need help in developing their gifts from God.

What part do parents play at The Whitefield School?

Parents are the first teachers and are consequently the key to their child's education. TWS is an extension of the parent and assists the parent in that education. Parents have an active relationship with their child's teacher. Parents are an integral part of the school community for teacher support, program support and fundraising.
